Yes! We offer lay-by on all orders over R500. Pay a 30% deposit, then split the balance over 3 months — interest-free. For bespoke orders, we typically require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due before delivery.
All prices include VAT, premium fabric, master tailoring, fittings (where applicable), branded packaging, and free alterations within 30 days. Delivery is free in Boksburg on orders over R800; standard courier is R120 nationwide.

Absolutely not. We believe in 100% transparent pricing. The quote we give you is the price you pay — no hidden charges, no surprise fees at checkout. If anything changes during production (e.g., fabric upgrade), we'll discuss it with you first and get your approval.
Yes — if you find the same quality and craftsmanship at a lower price from a comparable South African bespoke tailor, we'll match it. Just send us proof (photo of quote or receipt) via WhatsApp or email, and we'll honour the lower price.
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Custom/bespoke orders are non-refundable once production begins, but we offer free alterations within 30 days to ensure perfect fit. Defective items are replaced or refunded — no questions asked.
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International shipping is quoted based on destination and package weight — typically R450–R1,500. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
