How long does custom tailoring take?

Standard bespoke pieces take 7–21 working days depending on complexity. Bridal and couture commissions can take 2–6 months. Rush orders are available on request — just WhatsApp us at +27 63 268 1881.

Do I need to book a consultation first?

Yes — every custom piece starts with a free consultation (in-studio or via WhatsApp). This is where we understand your vision, take measurements and discuss fabric options. No obligation, no pressure.

Can you alter garments I didn't buy from you?

Absolutely. We offer professional alterations, repairs and restorations on any garment — ours or from another brand. Hemming starts at R199, zips from R150, and full restorations are quoted case-by-case.

Do you do group orders for weddings or events?

Yes — we specialise in group commissions. Bridesmaid dresses, groomsmen suits, family photo outfits, matric groups, church uniforms and corporate teams. We offer volume discounts for orders of 5+ pieces.

What if the fit isn't perfect when I collect?

We include 2–3 fittings in our Signature and Prestige packages. If something still isn't right, we offer free alterations within 30 days of collection. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable.

Do you deliver outside Boksburg?

Yes. Free delivery in Boksburg on orders over R800. Nationwide courier available via Pudo or PostNet at standard rates. International shipping can be arranged on request.

Can I bring my own fabric?

Yes — we love working with client-sourced fabrics. Just bring it to your consultation and our designer will advise on suitability, yardage needed and the best design for the material.
